2010 NFL Draft Recap: New Orleans Saints Player Evaluations For First Three Rounds

The reality is that in 2010 the New Orleans Saints were not in the market for a top-10 level draft talent. And I don't know how many times I havet to say it, but I'll say it again, that's a good thing! That being said, I thought the Saints did a great job of targeting certain players in each round of the draft that they thought could help the team this upcoming season and in the future. Sean Payton often speaks of "having a vision for the player" being acquired. I am going to start by giving an evaluation of each player, as if I did it before the draft. Then I am going to try to give an idea of what the vision is for each player both in the coming year and in the future beyond that.Begin Slideshow
