2011 NFL Draft: Is Mark Ingram a Lock for the Miami Dolphins?

Who Else Would the Dolphins Take with the No 15 Pick? 
Mark Ingram is hands down the best running back in the 2011 NFL Draft class. He will be a first round pick and right now everyone and their mother who has a mock draft has Ingram to the Miami Dolphins. IS there any other safe bet of a pick? 
Ronnie Brown and Ricky Williams both won't be returning to Miami next season so adding a young back is a big need for the Dolphins. It is also possible that neither will be coming back to Miami therefore Ingram to the Dolphins would fill a huge void for Miami. 
Ingram has exceptional vision on the field. His ability to see the field to make quick cuts and have defenders miss is far better than any other running back. Ingram has the potential to a special player in the NFL.
Some fresh young legs would be good for Miami in 2011. They ranked 21st in the league in rushing yards per game with an average of 102 yards per game. The split carries of Brown and Williams...
