2011 NFL Draft: The Bengals Move on from Palmer, Take a Shot on Cam Newton

Carson Palmer and his well-known desires to get out of Cincinnati have got to be on the Bengals management as the draft nears closer, as if he is serious about his unwillingness to play with the franchise, they could be left with his brother, Jordan, as the starter. And unfortunately for them, Jordan isn't nearly the quarterback Carson was.
 
The Bengals have been known to be enamored with elite talents with some character concerns, and Newton is the perfect combo of both. If they were to move on from Carson, it would be to Newton based on scheme fit and potential. 
 
Da'Quan Bowers, AJ Green, Julio Jones, and Patrick Peterson are all options here as well, but if Palmer won't be in Orange and Black next year, they need to bring in a new franchise signal caller.
