2011 NFL Mock Draft: Expect the Unexpected with New England

New England Patriots Deliver Big First Round Surprise
Because they are the only team (as of right now) with a pair of first round picks, the Pats can afford luxury. They'll make the "smart" move with their first pick, the Raiders choice via the Richard Seymour trade, and take a defensive lineman who can amp up their pass rush. 
But don't expect them to be predictable with their second number one. Mike Pouncey will still be on the board here, and with the Logan Mankins "travesty" still unsolved, they could nab Pouncey as a quick and safe fix.
They won't.
Baldwin's size, speed, and hands more than make up for the other concerns about him. With Wes Welker and a pair of fine young tight ends, Tom Brady doesn't really need another target. But there will be some interest in finding another "Randy Moss type" to put back in that offense.
