The Jets Need to Address Depth on Its Defensive Line
Rex Ryan is at it again. He’s now guaranteed that the New York Jets will win Super Bowl XLVI. Does he know something about the CBA negotiations that the rest of us don’t?
Ryan may have put his money on a lockout, giving him another year to prepare his team for the Super Bowl. There is no doubt that the New York Jets were a premier team in 2011, but this is the NFL. First to worst happens in heartbeat.
That’s not to say that the Jets show any signs of dropping off, but making a guarantee for a win 11 months away doesn’t hold a lot of water. Is Ryan’s act getting old yet? It just seems like a bunch of hot air billowing out every time Ryan opens his mouth.
