2011 NFL Mock Draft: How Far Will Jake Locker Fall?

The 2011 NFL Draft can't come soon enough...for some squads, at least.
In the final weeks of the regular season, not only are playoff berths on the line, but so is the draft order. Granted, it's not as exciting, but how teams like Carolina, Cincinnati, Detroit, and Buffalo finish the season could have a significant impact on the future, and ultimately the playoff runs in 2012, 2013, 2014, etc.
It's never too early to start thinking about what specific positions teams need to strengthen heading into next year and how they can address that in the draft. Defense appears to be the name of the game this year, as 20 of these 32 mock picks play on that side of the ball.
For purposes of this particular mock draft, all players that are eligible to leave school and enter the NFL Draft are fair game. Some of these guys may return to school but since this is purely speculation we might as well include them.
