2011 NFL Mock Draft: Is Jake Locker a Lock for Seattle Seahawks in Round One?

The CBSSports experts are the only ones who don't have the Seahawks drafting Jake Locker, and that's only because they have him already being drafted by another team. It's safe to say that if available the Seahawks will be taking the hometown kid. 
Locker still has a lot of work to do, but he will be able to sit and wait in Seattle as he continues to learn. Having Pete Carroll for a coach will definitely help his transition to the next level. Matt Hasselback isn't under contract right now, nor will he be in the NFL much longer. Charlie Whitehurst is not the answer for the Seahawks future either.
