2011 NFL Mock Draft Sends Mike Pouncey To Swim With Miami Dolphins
The Miami Dolphins have long been slated to take Alabama's Mark Ingram with the No. 15 pick. He is easily the best running back in this class, it is a position of major need in Miami, but the value on first round running backs simply doesn't exist.
Miami could also look to bring in a quarterback that can get the football downfield to Brandon Marshall, the player they give up their second round pick for. Chad Henne is (apparently) their starter for the time being, but he does not scare anyone and is as much a threat to the Dolphins as he is to other teams in the league. The way the board plays out does not give Miami too many options for a quarterback and it would be foolish of them to reach for Ryan Mallett, or give in to Jake Locker, in this position.
