New York Giants Add Mike Pouncey To The Offensive Line Mix With The 19th Pick In The 2011 NFL Draft
When you look at the Giants roster, there really aren't a lot of needs. They collapsed at the end of the 2010 season, but overall the team performed fairly well. Eli Manning needs to be more consistent with his throws, but that's been an issue since he was drafted in 2004.
Mike Pouncey is the best guard prospect in the draft, and he has the versatility to play center, which adds to his value.
Pouncey has certainly has the pedigree and the name, his brother is Steelers offensive lineman Maurkice Pouncey. Though scouts don't think that Mike has quite as much potential as his brother, he should be a good NFL offensive lineman.
