2011 NFL Mock Draft: Will Mark Ingram Move into the Top 10?

Mark Ingram is a running back in a draft considered low on running back talent; in a year where few teams are listing running back as a need.
The Miami Dolphins are projected to be the first team interested in taking a running back with the 15th pick. But could Ingram go before that?
It all depends on perceived value. If a team ahead of the Dolphins does not see the guy they want on the board, and running back is something that could use improvement through the draft, Ingram could go higher.
Ingram also could go lower if the Dolphins go in another direction.
