Georgia wide receiver A.J. Green.
Assuming the Bengals intend to keep Carson Palmer out of retirement, it would seem wise for their front office to go with A.J. Green here.
The 6'4", 212-pound wide-out is a tremendous talent in his own right, having been pegged for NFL stardom ever since his high school days.
All the talk about pass-catchers since the Combine has centered on Alabama's Julio Jones, and rightfully so considering his performance in front of scouts. However, Green, despite missing a big chunk of his junior season while on NCAA-administered suspension, had a much more consistent college career than Jones and presumably sports a much more level head.
Not that the Bengals are particularly adverse to head cases; just have a look at their roster since Marvin Lewis came to town.
Ultimately, with Terrell Owens and the artist formerly known as Chad Ochocinco likely headed out of town to appease the whiny Palmer, Cincy will definitely need a target like A.J...
