2016 NFL Mock Draft: Breaking Down Post-Week 14 Predictions

Maybe the Cleveland Browns don't want the No. 1 pick after all.
Johnny Manziel got the win on Sunday against the San Francisco 49ers. Couple that with a Tennessee Titans loss, and the Browns' hopes for the top pick in the 2016 NFL draft may have been dashed.
Here's the latest mock draft after Week 14's action, with a little bit of change at the top.
 
No. 4—Jacksonville Jaguars: Jalen Ramsey, DB, Florida State
There have been many good defensive backs to come out of Florida State. Ronald Darby, for example, has been playing like the Defensive Rookie of the Year this season for the Buffalo Bills.
Jalen Ramsey is every bit as talented as Darby and is the kind of defensive playmaker the Jacksonville Jaguars have coveted in the secondary for quite some time.
