Adrian Peterson’s List of Time Periods Inaccurately Representing NFL Lockout

So, recently Adrian Peterson made a complete idiot of himself when he said the NFL was kind of like "modern day slavery". Sure, it's hard work, but you're getting paid millions. I did some heavy research and found that slaves were not knowingly paid millions of dollars. 
Still, Adrian Peterson was trying to put this NFL lockout into perspective for us normal folk, you know?
So let's put it into more perspective, no? Here are some things that inaccurately—yet, hyperbolically—compare to the NFL labor strife: 
 
1. Prehistory: Some silly NFL players can compare this period in time to that of the NFL lockout. Really, both have a bunch of old dinosaurs—the owners—who are trying to dominate the era. Those dang players are being treated like cavemen. Those football stadiums are like their caves, and they're not allowed to go anywhere else, as they hide from the owners in fear that they'll eat the players!
