Cooper Performs Well at Combine, Competition for Draft's Top WR Continues Saturday, Feb. 21  While it's debatable whom the top receiver in this class is—some folks will prefer Cooper, while others favor Kevin White or DeVante Parker—there's no question that Cooper is in the conversation. After catching 124 passes for 1,727 yards and 16 touchdowns this past season and being a finalist for the Heisman Trophy, Cooper entered the conversation as a potential top-10 pick.
