Anthony Castonzo Comments on Andrew Luck’s Recovery, Efforts to Improve

Indianapolis Colts quarterback Andrew Luck suffered through an injury-plagued 2015 season that produced some significant statistical slippage, but all indications from left tackle Anthony Castonzo are that the franchise signal-caller is on the mend and ready to return to form. 
Speaking to Fox Sports' Alex Marvez and NFL.com's Gil Brandt on SiriusXM NFL Radio Tuesday night, Castonzo indicated he's seen Luck "quite a bit at the facility working out" as the 26-year-old seeks to bounce back from a lacerated kidney and torn cartilage on two of his ribs:
He’s able to get his offseason started early because he didn’t have the wear-and-tear from the last half of the season so he’s good to go. He’s making the most of the fact that he didn’t have to play those last games. As bad as it is, he’s finding a silver lining. That’s his personality -- moving forward and being the best he can be.
