Cromartie Insists He Isn't Retiring

Cromartie disputed a report from Ian Rapoport of NFL.com on Monday that suggested "lingering hip concerns" may prevent the veteran cornerback from playing football again.
Cromartie responded with the following tweet:

Cromartie, 32, appeared in 15 games for the New York Jets last season, notching 29 tackles and one fumble recovery. For the first time since his rookie season in 2006, he failed to register an interception. Pro Football Focus ranked him 103rd out of 118 NFL cornerbacks last season (h/t Dan Hanzus of NFL.com), and the Jets cut him in the offseason after his poor campaign.
