As NFL Free Agency Looms, Talent Still Remains for Teams Who Need Help

During the NFL Free Agency period, there are always "waves." On the first few days, big name players are going from team-to-team and pick their destination to sign a contract.
After that first wave, then trades come along. We have seen a lot of those this offseason, Cleveland being the busiest team in that area.
Now we've hit that point where teams are paying more attention to the draft, while these free agents continue to sit back and wait until after the draft, where teams look to fill the holes that they couldn't fill during the NFL Draft.
For the teams that haven't been busy at all this offseason, this is the time where they need to make a splash into Free Agency.
Teams like the Carolina Panthers, Tampa Bay Buccaneers, Houston Texans, Green Bay Packers, Washington Redskins and San Francisco 49ers have all failed to make a big move in Free Agency, something they all need to do.
