Last weekend brought with it dress-rehearsal time across the National Football League.
The third week of the preseason means extra action for the starters—often a half or more. It's the closest thing you're going to see to a regular-season game until the actual thing.
And that meant our best look at which teams have improved this offseason.
And the Washington Redskins, who have, um—not.
