Brady Quinn and Seattle Seahawks Agree to Terms

After spending quite some time searching for a capable backup for Russell Wilson, the Seattle Seahawks have finally decided on Brady Quinn.
The team's official Twitter account has the news:
This obviously isn't a move that will set the league on fire, but it was one the 'Hawks had to make.
After trading Matt Flynn to the Oakland Raiders, they were left with Josh Portis—and all zero of his career NFL snaps—as the only QB on the roster besides Wilson.
There have been several intriguing names thrown around in the past week. But the Seahawks have passed on guys like Tim Tebow and Matt Leinart to settle on Quinn.
In eight starts with the Kansas City Chiefs last season, the former Notre Dame star compiled a record of 1-7. He completed 56.9 percent of his passes for 1,141 yards, two touchdowns and eight interceptions. When all was said and done, he had a mediocre QB rating of 60.1 and a QBR of 27.4.
