Brandon Browner Released by Seahawks: Latest Comments and Reaction

Brandon Browner's best years of his NFL career came with the Seattle Seahawks, yet he couldn't rekindle the spark he once had in his second stint with the team.
NFL Media's Ian Rapoport reported Monday the Seahawks will cut Browner, and the News Tribune's Gregg Bell confirmed the veteran cornerback is on his way out. 
The New Orleans Saints released the 32-year-old in March after he had finished the first season of a three-year deal he had signed with the team. Browner was coming off a disappointing 2015 campaign despite starting all 16 games for the first time since he was a rookie in 2011. 
According to Pro Football Focus, Browner had the worst coverage grade of any NFL cornerback last season:
