Da’Rel Scott, who narrowly earned a spot on the Giants roster this season, somehow found himself on the field late in the fourth quarter with the Giants down by six and Eli Manning looking to lead his first fourth-quarter comeback drive of the season.
Scott’s inexperience became painfully obvious when he and Manning got their signals crossed on a short pass which bounced off Scott's hands and directly into the hands of Dallas cornerback Brandon Carr, who raced into the end zone for a comeback-crushing touchdown.
