Breaking Down Victor Cruz’s Multiple Injuries

Victor Cruz and the New York Giants have had a tough season, but missing the final games due to injury is an even tougher way of ending things. Cruz has both a concussion and a knee sprain, likely costing him the Giants' final two games.
B/R's Will Carroll explains why "season-ending" is true, but perhaps not the best adjective to describe Cruz's situation.
The Giants simply can't risk Cruz, who is their best weapon when healthy. The problem is that now, it doesn't look like Cruz will be healthy until next season, when hopefully the team won't be as injured and inconsistent as it has been in 2013.
