Brett Favre had a lack-luster performance last night as he returned to Lambeau Field to play his former team the Green Bay Packers.
The Minnesota Vikings took a beating at the hands of the Packers, and we may be witnessing the decline of a legend.
So is it his age? Brett Favre turned 41 years old this season, and maybe his age is catching up to him.
Is it his body? Season after season of such a physical sport would deteriorate anyone's body, and Favre has had both ankle and elbow issues already this season.
Or is it the "sext" scandal? Brett Favre has been praised for his ability to compartmentalize his off-field issues and set them aside during games, but is this scandal too much for this quarterback to take?
Former New York Jets employee Jenn Sterger has now hired an attorney, and Favre has admitted to leaving questionable voicemails but not to sending inappropriate messages.
