Ray Horton Set to Be Interviewed Tuesday, Jan. 19 The Browns are reportedly interviewing Tennessee Titans defensive coordinator Ray Horton this week to take over as their defensive coordinator, according to Mary Kay Cabot of Cleveland.com.  
Horton, 55, was Cleveland's defensive coordinator for a season in 2013. He's still owed money from his time in Cleveland, as Ian Rapoport of NFL.com noted:
Horton's departure from Tennessee wouldn't be a surprise. John Wooten of the Fritz Pollard Alliance claimed Horton was insulted by the Titans during his interview to take over as the team's head coach, per Jason Wolf of the Tennessean. The team reportedly expressed surprise at his desire to become a head coach.
