Charles Tillman Injury: Updates on Panthers CB’s Status and Return

Over the past two years, injuries have limited Charles Tillman to just 10 games. The trend may be continuing Friday night after the veteran cornerback exited the Carolina Panthers' preseason matchup with the New England Patriots. 
Tillman left with what appeared to be a head injury, but head coach Ron Rivera said the wide receiver "lost his wind," according to Max Henson of the Panthers' team website.

Tillman Adds to Panthers' Injury Woes Friday, Aug. 28 The Panthers initially announced Tillman had suffered a head injury and would be unable to return to the game. According to Jonathan Jones of the Charlotte Observer, the 34-year-old was vomiting on the sidelines after being removed.
