Charles Woodson Delivers Inspirational Speech Before Final Home Game of Career

Charles Woodson has played 11 of his 18 seasons with the Oakland Raiders, and on Thursday night, he will play in his final game at O.co Coliseum.
While many (rightfully) view this game as a "Woodson Farewell," the 39-year-old safety realizes the game is "bigger than [him]."
Woodson made sure his teammates understood that message before the game. Raiders players may want to win this game for Woodson, but he wants everyone to understand the bigger picture. It's the mentality he wants his teammates to have every game—and he made sure to pass it on before he retires.
