Chase Daniel to Sign with Eagles: Latest Contract Details, Comments, Reaction

The Philadelphia Eagles reached an agreement with quarterback Chase Daniel on Wednesday, per Adam Schefter and Adam Caplan of ESPN, reuniting him with Doug Pederson.  
Daniel signed a three-year deal, per Jeff McLane of the Philadelphia Inquirer. The quarterback later confirmed his exit from Kansas City on Twitter but did not speak on the Eagles:
Daniel generated quite a bit of buzz as the offseason got underway, which came as a surprise given his extremely limited impact in the NFL.
The 29-year-old veteran went undrafted out of Missouri in 2009. He went on to split the first six years of his career between the New Orleans Saints and Kansas City Chiefs. He's rarely seen the field during the regular season, however, with just two starts under his belt.
Daniel did enjoy some success during the 2015 preseason. He completed 77 percent of his throws with five touchdowns and one interception. Most of those snaps came against second-team defenses, though.
