Chaz Green Injury: Cowboys OT to Undergo Surgery on Herniated Disk

Dallas Cowboys offensive tackle Chaz Green will miss the remainder of the season due to a back injury that requires surgery.
According to Mike Fisher of 105.3 The Fan, Green will undergo a procedure to repair a herniated disk. Rob Phillips of the team's official website confirmed head coach Jason Garrett's comments on Green's status.
Green was officially placed on injured reserve Saturday, per Brandon George of the Dallas Morning News.
The 2015 first-round pick out of Florida has appeared in four games and made two starts this season, but he has struggled to stay healthy after missing all of 2015 with a hip injury.
