The Chicago Bears start the 2016 NFL season Sunday against the Houston Texans at NRG Stadium in Houston, Texas.
Coming off a 6-10 season and moving on from names such as Matt Forte, Chicago gets its first major test right out of the gates against what should be another strong J.J. Watt-led defense.
Chicago will attempt to get Jeremy Langford going in the backfield in his every-down role, while the team also hopes to have sophomore wideout Kevin White make his debut and provide the offense another potent target. Recently acquired Josh Sitton will look to reinforce the offensive line.
On the opposite side of the ball, Chicago's revamped unit features Danny Trevathan and Jerrell Freeman in the middle. The new linebackers don't get an easy start either, not when having to deal with new Houston acquisitions in quarterback Brock Osweiler and Lamar Miller.
