Christine Michael to Packers: Latest Contract Details, Comments and Reaction

The Green Bay Packers announced they have claimed running back Christine Michael off waivers on Wednesday. In a corresponding roster move, the team placed running back Don Jackson on injured reserve. 
NFL.com's Mike Garafolo first reported the news.
The Seattle Seahawks cut Michael—who was in his second stint with the team—on Tuesday, per Schefter.
Through nine games this season, he has recorded 469 rushing yards and six touchdowns.
Michael was expected to be Seattle's No. 2 rusher this season following Marshawn Lynch's retirement and Thomas Rawls' emergence.
But after Rawls went down in Week 2 with a hairline fracture in his fibula, Michael was thrust into a prominent role, garnering a lion's share of the carries.
