Cleveland Browns’ QB Controversy No More—Except for the Draft

So Mike Holmgren has put an end to the QB madness in Cleveland: Anderson and Quinn are gone. 
Delhomme takes the reins and Wallace waits in the wings in case the Delhomme of 2009 shows up instead of the 2008 version. Ratliff and Palko round out the "just in case" contingent.
But what about the draft?
Move up to get Bradford or Clausen? 
Wait until the safer second round for a McCoy or Tebow? 
Trade the first-round pick for Philadelphia's Kevin Kolb? A new controversy brews?
Sitting off to the side, unnoticed, is the Browns' answer to run the West Coast Offense of the future.
University of Cincinnati's Tony Pike, likely a third-round pick according to the experts, is 6'6" with surprising mobility and unquestioned toughness. He is also extremely accurate, or has been up to this point. 
These are prime qualities for a WCQB (West Coast Quarterback).
