Kelly Comments on Preseason Starter Wednesday, Aug. 10 Head coach Chip Kelly told reporters that both Kaepernick and Gabber would get work with the starters during the preseason, but that the lineup for Saturday's game against the Houston Texans had yet to be determined. Kelly went on to say that a decision for the game won't be made until the end of this week's run of practices.
