Colt McCoy Could Make Brett Ratliff the Odd Man Out for Cleveland Browns

When the Browns drafted Colt McCoy last week, that couldn't have made Brett Ratliff happy.
Ratliff was the Browns third quarterback last year, and prior to the draft, his position hadn't changed with the addition of Jake Delhomme and Seneca Wallace.
Ratliff was brought in by head coach Eric Mangini, so he probably felt his position on the team was pretty solid, and that he may even have a chance to compete for the backup quarterback position.
With McCoy on board, though, Ratliff probably phoned up his agent and asked about his options, since he has few of them left with the Browns.
The likelihood of the Browns keeping four quarterbacks on the roster is pretty slim, unless for some reason Wallace is converted to a pure wide receiver and designated the emergency quarterback.
Ratliff no longer has the option of being put on the practice squad due to his time on the active roster.
