Could Kevin Kolb Be the Right Guy for the Cleveland Browns?

This offseason was a busy one for the Philadelphia Eagles. Tom Heckert, the team's GM, left for Cleveland to fill the same role but to have more power.
Soon after the team decided to trade longtime franchise quarterback Donovan McNabb to the division rival Washington Redskins. The Eagles were comfortable trading McNabb because they felt Kevin Kolb was the future of the team. 
The season starts, and Kolb goes down with a concussion. In comes the most famous backup in the league in Michael Vick, and he performs well—really well.
Vick performed so well that the team decided they'd rather take their chances with Vick this season instead of the young Kolb.
Tuesday night the Browns found out.
