Cowboys vs. Eagles: Instant Grades, Analysis for Philadelphia

The Philadelphia Eagles (3-8) will travel to Dallas to take on the 5-6 Cowboys on prime-time football. The Eagles have lost seven consecutive contests following a 3-1 start, and the firing of Andy Reid is almost inevitable.
Whether it comes in-season remains to be determined, but a loss Sunday night against a division rival won’t help Reid's case.
The Cowboys are fighting to stay afloat in the NFC East, with the Washington Redskins (5-6) now holding the tiebreaker in the division. If Dallas misses the playoffs, it will be the franchise’s third consecutive season without qualifying for January football, and that won’t be acceptable to owner Jerry Jones.
Jason Garrett probably won’t keep his head coaching job no matter what happens this season, but a loss Sunday puts him on a very hot seat.
