Stock Up Joe Flacco, QB, Baltimore Ravens ($5,500)
The bye week came at the right time for Joe Flacco, who needs to figure out how to replace the injured Steve Smith Sr. The Baltimore Ravens have shuffled through receivers all year long and will have to rely on some relative unknowns at the position this week.
