Denver Broncos Head Coach Josh McDaniels Fired After Discouraging Season

Breaking news broke today regarding Denver Broncos head coach Josh McDaniels' job security.
McDaniels has been fired as the head coach of the Broncos after a relatively discouraging tender and running back coach Eric Studesville will become the interim head coach.
McDaniels tenure was marred by multiple mistakes and infractions including: the "Mini Spygate Scandal," an 11-17 record throughout his stint, as well as trading Peyton Hillis for journeyman quarterback Brady Quinn and draft picks as Hillis is one of the top RB's in the NFL over the past few weeks.
"My decision to relieve Josh McDaniels as head coach was not taken lightly. I will always be appreciative of his passion, enthusiasm and hard work, and I thank him for his efforts. In the end, I was not satisfied with the results and the direction this team was headed," Broncos owner Pat Bowlen said.
