Dominic Rhodes Transitions From UFL To NFL

After rushing in the United Football League's Championship game, running back Dominic Rhodes now finds himself in the National Football League.
The Indianapolis Colts brought Rhodes back due to their multiple injuries at the position. This is Rhodes third stint with the Colts after being released by the team on two separate occasions. After being released by the team in 2008, Rhodes found a home in the UFL.
During the 2010 season Rhodes set new UFL single-season records for rushing yards (547) and total touchdowns (10). His play helped his team, the Florida Tuskers, reach the Championship game. Despite his team losing to the Las Vegas Locomotives, Rhodes still ran for 67 yards on 20 attempts in the game.
Rhodes will look to make an impact on a Colts team who is ranked last in the league rushing the ball. The Colts starting tailback Joseph Addai has been injured for most of the season and his backups have all missed time due to injury as well.
