Doug Martin, Charles Sims Post-Preseason Week 3 Fantasy Advice

Should Jameis Winston continue to have nights like he had Saturday against the Cleveland Browns, the Tampa Bay Buccaneers might put the ball in the hands of Doug Martin more often, which is welcome news to those fantasy football owners who have the veteran running back on their team.
Martin was the Bucs' leading rusher in a 31-7 defeat to Cleveland. His backup, Charles Sims, had to settle for getting just three carries:
Before we get too ahead of ourselves, it's important to note Martin has played in just 17 games over the last two years, rushing for 950 yards and three touchdowns.
