Chicago Bears Interested in Royal Tuesday, March 10 Jeff Dickerson of ESPN.com reported Tuesday that Royal traveled to Chicago to discuss “and potentially sign a contract with the Chicago Bears.”
Royal brings a lot to the table as a potential slot receiver and kick returner and tallied 778 receiving yards and seven touchdowns for the Chargers in 2014. What’s more, he finished with 980 receiving yards and five touchdown catches as a rookie on the Broncos with current Bears quarterback Jay Cutler, so this pairing could make some sense.
