Elizabeth Ruiz Ordered to Surrender Sex Tape with Von Miller

A sex tape starring Denver Broncos linebacker Von Miller will apparently not be released after he received a favorable decision in court Tuesday. 
According to TMZ Sports, Elizabeth Ruiz was ordered to hand over her copy of a video of her and Miller within three days.
"It's frustrating because I'm not allowed to keep my copy [of the tape], and I don't know why," Ruiz said outside the courthouse. "It was consensual, I own 50 percent of the rights of it, and it's just not fair. I already complied to not releasing it, duplicating or showing it to anybody, but I want to keep my copy."
Miller said Ruiz attempted to extort him for $2.5 million to stop her from releasing the tape, per TMZ, and he filed a suit with a Los Angeles County Superior Court to block the video from being released.
Ruiz denied allegations about extortion and said she only kept the tape for personal reasons, per TMZ.
