Even With a Win Over The Giants, Dallas Still Fails To Make The Postseason

I've heard it said by fans and even by the so-called media experts, the NFC is wide open and that the Dallas Cowboys are still in this. Well folks, that is 100 percent false.
Currently, nine teams in the NFC possess winning records. The likelihood that even one or two of those teams stumble so bad that they allow the Cowboys in, is as likely as snow in July.
So even if the Cowboys by some miracle still manage to win against the Giants tonight (not happening), Dallas could not finish with enough wins to surpass all nine of the NFC teams who if the season ended today would automatically be in the postseason.
