Week 4 starts the long haul for bye weeks in the NFL. It's time to hit the waiver wires, make trades and take a critical look at who you need to pickup to replace your normal starter. 
The Carolina Panthers and Green Bay Packers will be off in Week 4. For Randall Cobb, Jordy Nelson and Steve Smith owners, you'll need some creative ideas on wide receivers. If you're an Aaron Rodgers owner, it may be time to pick up a quarterback off waivers. 
DeAngelo Williams is suddenly relevant again in fantasy, but he's off this week. Time to look for a running back replacement.
Bottom line, hopefully, you have a deep bench and can replace these players accordingly.
