Fantasy Football Implications If Brian Westbrook Is a St. Louis Ram

Reports have been circulating over the past week that former Eagle Brian Westbrook will sign with a team as early as Monday.
Many media outlets are reporting today that the most likely outcome is Westbrook signing with the St. Louis Rams.
While Westbrook is nowhere near the player he used to be, this signing would create some waves in dynasty leagues.
Here are some players whose values could change if this comes to fruition:

Westbrook is simply not the player he used to be, but a deal with the Rams would make sense for him on a couple of different levels.
First, he would have more of  an opportunity to play on the Rams than virtually any other suitor out there. In fact, Westbrook would be the No. 2 running back on the depth chart as soon as he got out of his car.
