There is a myth in some circles that the fantasy football week starts when the games kick off. Astute fantasy owners know that isn't true. You have to start planning everything for the next week as the current games are going on. 
While that may not be as imperative in a situation where you can build a different team each week, it does require similar scouting to just carrying a roster over from one week to another. You need to focus on matchups, history and present performance.
