Week 8 of the 2015 fantasy football season is somehow already here. The week kicks off when the New England Patriots and the Miami Dolphins play on Thursday Night Football, and while there are some relevant fantasy players playing in that game, there are a handful of great matchups worth targeting over the weekend as well.
