Fantasy NFL Waiver Wire Advice: Get ’em or Don’t Sweat ’em – Week 6

There were some unusual heroes on Sunday. There always are. Let’s take a look at them and see if they are worthy of your fantasy rosters.

Quarterbacks
Ryan Fitzpatrick, Buffalo Bills
Fitzpatrick had a great game throwing three TDs vs. the Jags, but a quick look at next week’s schedule and you’re staring at a bye and then Baltimore. Then he heads to Kansas City, who made Peyton Manning look mortal. Maybe he has some use in five weeks against Detroit, but there is no need to carry him that long.
Ruling:  Don’t Sweat ‘em

David Garrard, Jacksonville Jaguars
Fitzpatrick’s counterpart had three TDs of his own. He too has a tough schedule coming up (vs. TEN, @ KC, @ DAL) before a nice matchup with Houston. Too long to hold onto him without a use for him. 
Ruling:  Don’t Sweat ‘em

Shaun Hill, Detroit Lions
He’s probably a decent spot start against the Giants if he gets ...
