Veteran running back Fred Jackson is set to hit free agency this offseason after spending one season with the Seattle Seahawks.

Jackson Plans to Continue Playing  Monday, Feb. 22 Jackson is not expected to retire this offseason, according to Ian Rapoport of NFL.com.
Jackson, 35, rushed for 100 yards and caught 32 passes for 257 yards and two touchdowns with the Seahawks in the 2015 season.  
In his nine-year career, Jackson has rushed for 5,746 yards and 30 touchdowns, and he's caught 354 passes for 2,897 yards and nine more scores. He's always been a versatile, reliable running back and has settled nicely into a role as a third-down back later in his career. 
He's also been durable late in his career, missing just two games in the past three seasons.
Jackson does lack burst at this point, however, so it's probable that teams will wait until closer to training camp to add the veteran. ...
