Green Bay Packers: Backup Quarterback Is a Real Mess Right Now

Based on their performances in the Green Bay Packers' first preseason game versus the Arizona Cardinals at Lambeau Field, is it any wonder why the team signed veteran Vince Young to compete against the other two backup quarterbacks earlier this week.
In a word, the backup quarterbacks were dreadful in the 17-0 loss to Arizona. Young played the best among them, and he was just signed a few days ago. What does that tell you?
Of the three quarterbacks competing for getting the primary job of backing up Aaron Rodgers at quarterback, nobody looked worse than incumbent Graham Harrell.
Harrell was 12-of-19 for just 76 yards, plus he was sacked twice, fumbled once and also threw an interception. Harrell had multiple series opportunities (six) in the game, but the best he could do was produce a 45-yard drive.
The two turnovers by Harrell led to touchdowns by the Cardinals.
