Greg Hardy Comments After Photos, Details of Alleged Assault Released

Greg Hardy has come under intense scrutiny following a Deadspin report (Warning: Contains graphic images and profanity) from Diana Moskovitz that detailed his alleged assault of an ex-girlfriend, and the Dallas Cowboys defensive end expressed remorse Saturday evening with a message on Twitter:
According to Yahoo Sports' Charles Robinson, Cowboys owner Jerry Jones released a statement Friday evening explaining the team did not have access to the photos published in the Deadspin piece but noted "we were and are aware of the serious nature of this incident."
Jones added that Hardy "is a member of our team and someone who is grateful for the opportunity he has been given to move forward with his life and career" after signing a one-year, $11.3 million deal to help Dallas' pass rush.
After Hardy's public apology, his four-game suspension and Jones' statement, the Cowboys will be moving forward with the 27-year-old as a key member of their defensive line.
